With integration to our ticketing system we are able identify if something is about to go wrong or that is going wrong and resolve it entirely.

Filtered Patch Management

Tech80 software has white, gray, and black patch lists to ensure a windows update or auto-update service does not take down an entire system or the entire network. Tech80 uses both an on-site location backup and sends data to the Tech80 cloud. Should your business suffer from a disaster such as a fire or flood, employees can remotely access your server(s) in the Tech80 cloud from home and continue work as normal. Working operations of data is fully restored in about one hour. All backups are monitored and checked daily to ensure that correct procedures took place.

Virtual Machine Backup

With virtual machine backup there are more options and benefits for your business available. Since a virtual machine is made up of files on a file system, the entire server is backed up and files restored which allows almost instant access and use of your server(s) should it crash due to fire, flood, theft, etc.

Block-Level Backup

Block-level backup is simply a quicker way to back your data up. Essentially this style of backup provides better performance over disk image-based backups and file system backups if the file system contains a large number of smaller files by reducing scan times. However, all businesses are different which means block-level backup may not be useful when backing up a portion of files or folders with high volume.
